Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkrs ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at pkrs.cam. These Terms govern all use of the pkrs website, mobile interface and associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports wagering and instant games.

pkrs is an English-language online gambling platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform presents content, balances and illustrative amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and is designed to be accessible from Pakistan, though pkrs does not hold or claim a local Pakistani gambling licence issued by any Government of Pakistan body, PTA or the State Bank of Pakistan.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of your agreement with pkrs. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pkrs website, mobile-optimised interface and all associated digital services accessible via pkrs.cam.
• "User" / "Account Holder" means any individual who has registered a pkrs account and is actively using or accessing the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable user account created by a registered individual on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held within a User's Account, excluding any non-withdrawable bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, match bonus, cashback or free-bet credit allocated to a User's Account by the operator, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment-method verification process required by the operator before processing withdrawals or for account security purposes.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which amounts are displayed on the Platform for user convenience.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options available within a User's Account settings.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which use of the Platform is illegal, including any jurisdiction where the operator does not hold a valid licence to offer gambling services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process or placing a wager, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You have read and accept the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms;
• You are not registering or using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, complete and up to date.

Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Account Eligibility

Access to the pkrs Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

Account Registration

To access the full features of the pkrs Platform, including the ability to place wagers and process withdrawals, Users must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply:

• One Account: Each User may hold only one active Account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts detected under the same individual may be subject to suspension and balance review.
• Accurate Information: All registration details — including full legal name, date of birth, email address and any payment-method information — must be accurate and genuine. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, grant access to or otherwise share your Account with any third party.
• KYC Verification: The operator may at any point, and will ordinarily prior to processing your first withdrawal, require you to complete a KYC verification process. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC) and proof of payment-method ownership. Failure to complete KYC to the operator's satisfaction may result in account suspension or withdrawal refusal.
• Contact Details: You are responsible for keeping your contact details, including your email address, up to date. pkrs is not liable for failures in communication resulting from outdated contact information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations and conditions apply:

• You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify pkrs support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• pkrs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• You should use a strong, unique password for your pkrs Account and avoid reusing passwords across other services.
• Where two-factor authentication (2FA) is available, we strongly recommend enabling it within your Account settings.
• pkrs representatives will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pkrs Platform — including deposits and withdrawal requests — are subject to the operator's current cashier policies, which may be updated from time to time. The following general conditions apply:

Bonuses & Promotions

pkrs and its operator may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives ("Promotions") from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All Promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirement multiples are stated per individual promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Promotions are intended for personal, legitimate use only. Any attempt to exploit promotional structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion, use of automated software or misrepresentation of identity — constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.
• Promotional figures displayed on the Platform (including PKR bonus amounts) are illustrative examples unless confirmed as current live offers by the operator. Always verify active promotions on the operator's current promotions page.
• pkrs reserves the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any Promotion at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to Users.
• Bonuses not used within any stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the pkrs Platform is subject to the operator's specific product rules in addition to these Terms. The following general rules apply:

• All bets are placed at the User's sole risk. pkrs and its operator make no representation as to the likelihood of any outcome.
• Odds are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the point of acceptance, not those displayed at the time of selection.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error or manifest pricing error, the operator reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the User's Account balance.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at the operator's discretion, particularly during critical match moments or where data integrity cannot be confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event and User account tier. Refer to the active product interface for current limits.
• Cricket markets, including PSL, T20 Internationals, ICC tournaments and bilateral series, are subject to specific event rules regarding abandoned matches, weather interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications as specified in the operator's rules documentation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrs Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account for the same individual, household or device.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information during registration or KYC processes.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where gambling is illegal.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical glitches, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider wagering, collusion with other users or any form of corruption involving betting outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose related to financial crime, including structuring transactions to circumvent detection.
• Attempting to access, interfere with or compromise the Platform's systems, servers or databases.
• Allowing or facilitating underage access to your Account.
• Any conduct that constitutes fraud under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the pkrs Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, colour schemes, page layouts, data compilations and software — is the intellectual property of pkrs and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from pkrs;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes or in connection with any competing service;
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices;
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. No implied licence is granted to use any third-party intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrs and its officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect loss of funds, profits, data or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any loss arising from a technical fault, system interruption, connectivity failure or third-party service outage;
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on Platform content, including illustrative bonus amounts, odds information or any other informational material;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements and responsible gambling obligations;
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform. Gambling carries inherent financial risk and pkrs does not guarantee any outcome or financial return.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. pkrs's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

Responsible Gambling

pkrs is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income, financial relief or a mechanism for addressing personal problems. The following responsible gambling provisions are in place:

• Adults Only: pkrs is strictly for users aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits within their Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period as determined by the operator.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period to help manage gambling expenditure.
• Session Timers: Time-based notifications and session limits can be configured to alert Users when a session exceeds a chosen duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion of a defined duration. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the User will be unable to access gambling features. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to support and are processed promptly.
• Cooling-Off Period: A shorter-term cooling-off option may be available as an alternative to full self-exclusion, allowing Users to pause access temporarily.

Amendments to Terms

pkrs reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. We may also notify registered Account Holders of significant changes via email to the address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and any applicable withdrawal of accessible funds.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pkrs recommends that you check this page each time you visit the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current version.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gambling licence. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

pkrs is not licensed by the Government of Pakistan, any provincial authority in Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), or the State Bank of Pakistan. No claim is made that Pakistani law governs these Terms or that the Platform operates under Pakistani regulatory authority.

In the event of a dispute between a User and pkrs, we encourage Users to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Users may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedures outlined by the operator's licence authority.
